White Bread Machine Rolls

These are the all white version of my previously posted whole wheat rolls.  These are so easy to make when the bread machine does all the work and they turn out nice and fluffy.

Let learn how to make these tasty dinner rolls:

White Bread Machine Rolls
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon water
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, cut up
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon sugar

In the order listed add all ingredients EXCEPT for the last two.  I know the water measurements seem silly, but trust me, it works!  If your bread machine recommends you add the ingredients in a different order you may want to follow the directions of your machine.
Set bread machine to the dough only cycle.

Remove dough to a lightly floured surface.  Roll into 12 equal sized rolls.  Place in a lightly greased 9x13 pan, cover and let rise in a warm place 20-30 minutes or until double in size.  In a small bowl, combine the egg and sugar.  Brush over rolls.
Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden browned.

Enjoy!
